Specialist Tutoring Terms and Conditions
Fees are payable upon invoice issued twice per term either by credit card or by direct deposit prior to sessions. (Payment details and conditions issued on invoice)
Fees are set annually.
Changes of day/time are only permitted where places are available. Placement is allocated on the basis of the waiting list.
Children should arrive on time and be collected promptly.
Fees are payable for all sessions during term time regardless of attendance.
There are no make-up sessions for absences.
Books and resources are lent to children as a goodwill gesture to ensure consistent practice. Whilst in receipt of these books/resources they are the responsibility of the parents.
In the event of resources being lost, the cost of replacement is the entire responsibility of the parents.
If more than 2 sessions are not attended without notification, placement could be cancelled.
Tutoring services can only be cancelled by giving two weeks’ notice.
Written reports are not issued, but progress is discussed weekly.
Tutoring follows the NSW public school terms, holidays and Public Holidays. Placement times and dates will confirmed in writing.
Parents will be asked to sign tutoring terms and conditions before tutoring can begin.
