Specialist Tutoring Terms and Conditions

• Fees are payable upon invoice issued twice per term either by credit card or by direct deposit prior to sessions. (Payment details and conditions issued on invoice)

• Fees are set annually.

• Changes of day/time are only permitted where places are available. Placement is allocated on the basis of the waiting list.

• Children should arrive on time and be collected promptly.

• Fees are payable for all sessions during term time regardless of attendance.

• There are no make-up sessions for absences.

• Books and resources are lent to children as a goodwill gesture to ensure consistent practice. Whilst in receipt of these books/resources they are the responsibility of the parents.

• In the event of resources being lost, the cost of replacement is the entire responsibility of the parents.

• If more than 2 sessions are not attended without notification, placement could be cancelled.

• Tutoring services can only be cancelled by giving two weeks’ notice.

• Written reports are not issued, but progress is discussed weekly.

• Tutoring follows the NSW public school terms, holidays and Public Holidays. Placement times and dates will confirmed in writing. 

• Parents will be asked to sign tutoring terms and conditions before tutoring can begin.
